Lunch:

2 Cups Salad of Choice Spinach

1 Chicken Breast Cooked in Butter

1.5 oz Cheddar Cheese

2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing/Olive Oil

4 Cherry Tomatoes

Water

Dinner:

1 Burger

3 Slices Bacon

2 Large Lettuce Leaves

1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise

1.5 oz Cheddar Cheese

2 Slice Tomato

1/4 cup Onion

Water

Snack:

Low Carb  Jerky
