2 Slices of Bacon

1 Bell Pepper

1.5 oz of mozzarella cheese

Stuff meat and cheese in pepper and roast for 10 minutes

Lunch:

Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

Dinner:

3-6 oz of Beef Roast

1 cup Broccoli

1 cup Cauliflower

1/2 Avacado

Slow cook beef roast, broccoli and cauliflower together for 6-8 hours in slow cooker

Snack:

1/2 cup Halo Top Ice Cream
